Our Mission:
Thank you for visiting the homepage for the Oconto River Watershed Chapter of National Trout Unlimited.
Mission: We have a continued commitment to improve/protect our cold water resources and to be involved in the community. We plan our habitat projects in conjunction with other TU Chapters, and we with guidance from the DNR and US Forest Service in Oconto, Langlade, Marinette Counties with emphasis on the Oconto River Watershed.
Enjoy learning about our great TU Chapter and consider becoming a member! We have great events, an informative newsletter, as well as numerous social and environmental events to partake in.

Chapter’s 41st Conservation Fundraising Banquet April 22nd
2025 Chapter meetings are March 11, May 13, July26 with Picnic, September 9, December 9 with Christmas Party.
The dates for the Stream Habitat Project are as follows: May 10, June 21, July 19, and August. Locations to be announced – 8am till 12:30pm with lunch provided. See Events for extra information
The Chapter Leaders thanks every Member and Volunteer for supporting the Chapters Events and the TU Mission. Together we can do national and local stream habitat projects which make streams more suitable for fish reproduction and fishing.
The daunting question remains, how much can we lose if we choose to do nothing for our public lands?
